I'm at a park in Newmarket. Kids call it the Dinosaur Park. It is an amazing place for kids and adults that they do lots of exercise, playing together and have fun.

Well to be honest with you I've been doing exercise here while jumping, running, going up and down the ropes and for sure digging in the sand. Playing tag with kids is a very good excercise. I practice to have a good cardio for running a long way.
My son really likes this park, and he loves that I play with him at any park. Being with a good company like my son is a special bonus as he is full of energy, he is young , and he doesn't judge me for any activities that I do you here.

It is our supper time. We should wrap up our playing and go home to enjoy our dinner.
